Someone dropped him before Utah vs Miami, worth a #1 waiver claim in 12 team league?

It depends on your league. Does your waiver priority reset every week or do you maintain the same priority season-long until you make a move? If it resets weekly and you need a PG, go for it. If it's season-long, I would say no because you never know when someone impatient or maybe doesn't have the best fantasy hoops IQ is going to drop something great, and you don't want to be sitting at priority #12 when it happens.
It's crazy, but in one of my Yahoo public leagues someone just dropped Draymond Green for no apparent reason. Yeah, it makes zero sense, but I'm at priority #6 in that league, so unfortunately someone else's team gets a lot better while I have to stand idly by. No 1 priority is valuable. Don't waste it.
If it's a points format, I might use it. Standard 9-cat, probably not.
It's a standard 9 cat and the waivers doesn't reset weekly. Fortunately, i was able to add him from player pool without using my waiver.
