I have him in my 16 team 9-cat keeper.
I'll be able to keep him as my 15th round pick, so it seems like a no-brainer to keep him as one of my eight keepers. Adding to that, he seems to be doing perfectly fine even with D'Angelo back in the mix.
However, I'm worried about Dinwiddie's outlook AFTER this season. I know a lot can change, but if there are no big changes, next season he'll be fighting for minutes with De'Angelo Russell, Jeremy Lin, and Caris LeVert. Will Lin's return diminish his long-term value? Should I trade him at his "peak" or will his value as a 15th round pick in a 16 man keeper league hold?
Unless something drastically changes in Brooklyn, this will be a one-and-done surge for Dinwiddie. He will not be this good next season for sure.
Guess I'll add this to the same thread, should I take the offer of Lou Williams (12th round) for my Kuzma (6th) and Dinwiddie (15th)?
I'm biased as a Lakers fan for Kuzma, but think I gotta do it, especially with talks of Lou Will signing an extension.
Yes on a pure value standpoint it makes sense but Lou is old and you're likely just milking a year or two more off of him at best. Kuzma on the other hand, is going to have a bright future ahead. His career obviously will have more longevity than Williams'
Lou Will signs a three year extension. Man, I'm torn. 🙁
