So I made a trade before the season starts to address my weakness in scoring and 3's. I shipped out Jeff Teague and Gorgui Dieng and got back Bradley Beal and Allan Crabbe.
Did I do the right thing? Or was holding on to Teague and Dieng better? Just not confident they'll do enough with Jimmy B, KAT and Wiggins there.
With this trade, I think you may struggle for rebounding because Mirotic and Cauley-Stein aren't particularly reliable in that department. You certainly added a ton of three-point scoring though with Beal and Crabbe. I personally think you should have stayed with what you had but that's just me.
losing teague prob hurts your assists a fair bit. i prob liked your original guys a tad better but dont stress about it, its not that bad if thats what you were wanting to do with 3s etc
I think the deal is ok, but worse case scenario, you can always deal Beal for a profit. People will pay, especially after he has an insane night.
Everyone is WAY too worried about the well-roundedness of your team before a game has even been played.
You shipped out a 4th/5th rounder and a guy going in the 80's and got back an early 3rd. That's a great 2-for-1 in a vacuum.
Now you can go get some rebounding elsewhere. You'll be fine. Nice upgrade job!
beal is better than teague, just need to find some boards now and you made the right trade!
