NBA NEWS and notes 12/12
BOS Robert Williams - Doubtful
BOS Marcus Smart - Questionable
• with Williams unlikely to play we should get extra minutes for Daniel Theis, Enes Kanter and Grant Wiliams
• Brad Wanamaker would play more minutes if Smart is out
DAL Delon Wright - Questionable
• Seth Curry and JJ Barea should get a bump if Wright is out. Both are deep GPP plays with a little upside
DEN Paul Millsap - Questionable
DEN Jamal Murray - Questionable
• Monte Morris would start and be the super chalk salary saver of the day
• Jokic gets a huge 9% usage increase with Murray off the floor
POR Rodney Hood - OUT
• Kent Bazemore and Anfernee Simmons will pick up Hood's minutes. Bazemore started last game and Simmons has handled the bench scorer role
Just confirmed Wright is out for dalkas
We have a heck of a change of plan here after the pod potentially if you were looking to play Drummond at all as he is questionable with eye inflammation. So you could fire up Griffin as a lot of people will go that route. However, amazingly Derek Rose has a +18 ppg bump up when Drummond is out! Worthy consideration to pivot away from Griffin or just use both guys on a small slate. Not sure yet who would start or play significant minutes at center.
