Is he a drop??? He’s been down right terrible for the Spurs, Pop doesn’t seem to trust, doesn’t yet play back to backs, isn’t starting and minutes in the low 20’s.

Would you guys drop him for say Jarrett Culver for rest of season?

Any other hot adds I should consider dropping him for?

Thanks hoop ballers!!!

He has the higher upside of all guards in San Antonio, which would be good enough for me to stash him. And there is a lot of talk about the Spurs trading DeMar/Aldridge, maybe even both. If it happens and the Spurs go the draft path, he could be the best guy there.

And to finish, he had some crazy games this season and it is still recovering

Yeah much as he’s been horrible you almost have to just squat on him and wait it out... sad but true

Yeah I would hold. I'm a spurs fan, and he (along with lonnie Walker) is the undisputed future of the team, so the spurs are invested in both keeping him healthy and making sure he continues to develop. On a positive note, As bad as he's been though, he is still continuing to atleast provide you elite steals, along with a smattering of rebounds and assists, while not killing you in any other categories. And He is at his absolute floor right now, so it will only get better. I've actually tried to buy low on him in a couple leagues, and would easily prefer him to a low usage 90-120 ranked waiver plodder. Long story short, if he is your worst end of bench guy, you are in pretty good shape because you are still getting useful production as a steals specialist, plus long term top 70 upside if and when the spurs eventually give him 25-30 minutes a game.
