NBA News 11/13

BOS - Daniel Theis - Doubtful
BOS - Gordon Hayward - OUT
- Robert and Grant Williams will get some extra run if Theis is out, but Kanter is back so not too much run for them
- Jason Tatum and Marcus Smart will continue to see 30+ minutes with Hayward out

GSW - Omari Spellman - Doubtful
GSW - Damion Lee - OUT
- Eric Pascall will pick up minutes but he's expensive now and probably overpriced as long as Draymond Green is in the lineup
- Poole will get more run with Lee out, but, he's a GPP punt play at best as long as D'Angelo Russell is in the lineup

HOU - Danuel House - Doubtful
HOU - Eric Gordon - OUT
- Ben McLemore and Austin Rivers will see the biggest bump here - I don't expect much from either, but rather, I expect Harden + Westbrook to dominate the ball even more (if that's possible) disregard House as an option

LAC - Landry Shamet - OUT
LAC - Paul George - Questionable
- Moe Harkless should get a bump with Shamet out
- I'll take a wait and see approach on George, I'm not sure if he'll be limited if / when he does come back. I’m also concerned about Lou taking a bump down if he plays

LAL - Rajon Rondo - OUT
LAL - Anthony Davis - Doubtful
- Big increase in usage for LeBron here and he could be the top play on the entire slate now
- Kuzma and Bradley get usage bumps with Davis out, and Kuzma no long has a minutes limit

MIN - Shabazz Napier - Doubtful
MIN - Jeff Teague - Questionable
- If they are both out, Josh Okogie and Jarrett Culver will split minutes again. Don' t get too excited however, they played a combined 47 minutes last game and scored 18.2 fantasy points. Teague is very cheap on some sites,,

PHI - Joel Embid - Questionable
- If Embid is out the rest of the team gets a bump - Simmons, Horford, Harris, Richardson
- Ben Simmons is cheap

POR - Rodney Hood - Questionable
- Kent Bazemore would get the start if Hood is out. I usually like to Baze less, and not more, but I may not have a choice tonight is he's going to get 30+ minutes

TOR - OG Anunoby - OUT
TOR - Serge Ibaka - OUT
TOR - Kyle Lowry - OUT
- VanFleet, Siakam and Boucher are all in play here with 3 key Raptors out
- Starting a cash build will all 2 of them may be fine

Let's start the day with some Early Player News:

After getting X-rays on his right rib cage Tuesday night it appears unlikely that Anthony Davis will play on Wednesday against the Warriors.
X-rays were negative but the big man is beat up right now while also dealing with a lingering right shoulder problem that isn't going away. And according to Brad Turner's source in the attached tweet, "all signs are pointing to the Lakers holding out Davis" tonight. Thankfully, the X-rays were negative and he's been able to play through his shoulder pain. Hopefully the day off will give AD some much needed rest and he'll be ready to roll again when the Lakers play the Kings on Friday.

Rajon Rondo will be rested against the Warriors on Wednesday.
This was a predetermined plan for the Lakers. Rondo made his season debut on Tuesday vs. the Suns and played pretty well, scoring five points with six rebounds, seven assists and one triple in 14 minutes. He basically took Troy Daniel's spot in the rotation, so deep-league owners looking for dimes and steals can give Rondo a look once his minutes start ramping up.

Jeff Teague (illness) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.
Teague has been out for a week with an illness, but he has to be getting close at this point. We'll have a better idea on his status following tomorrow's shootaround, but if he is able to return to the floor, Jarrett Culver's value will take a pretty big hit. Stay tuned.

Shabazz Napier (right hamstring) is doubtful to play on Wednesday against the Spurs.
He's missed the past four games and it looks like he'll be out much longer than that with no word of him ramping up his activities at practice. Napier belongs on the waiver wire in all leagues.

Jordan Bell (right shoulder) is doubtful to play Wednesday against the Spurs.

Paul Goerge (shoulders) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game in Houston.
PG-13 is going to return for either Wednesday's game in Houston or Thursday's game in New Orleans, but we don't know which one he'll be available for at the moment. However, Kawhi Leonard not being listed on the injury report for Wednesday's game could give us a clue, as it would make sense to have the pair alternate rest days. Check back for another update following tomorrow's shootaround.

Grayson Allen (ankle) is doubtful to play on Wednesday in Charlotte.
He's missed the past five games for Memphis and it looks like that number will hit six on Wednesday night. Marko Guduric will continue to log extra minutes.

OG Anunoby (right eye contusion) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game in Portland.
Anunoby met with an eye specialist in Los Angeles before the team took off for their flight to Portland on Tuesday, but the Raptors haven't yet released an official timetable for his return. It's just an eye issue and after Wednesday's game the Raptors don't play again until Saturday in Dallas, so we wouldn't expect OG to miss too many games here. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson should see an uptick in minutes with Anunoby on the sidelines.

Daniel Theis (sprained pinky finger right hand) is doubtful to play on Wednesday vs. the Wizards.
Theis hurt his finger during Monday's game, and while he was able to play through it, it looks like it swelled up on him overnight. We'll get another update on Theis following tomorrow's shootaround, but if he's out, Robert Williams and Enes Kanter will split the majority of his minutes.

Wanted to give some additional picks for tonight based on some Point/$ dollar numbers on FantasyDraft;

6 Players to Start with Tonight on Fantasy Draft

H. Whiteside: 3.55 Points per $ Dollar

Whiteside has 6 double double this year in points and rebounds. Even though they played in a back to back, he’s only played about 22 min. yesterday so they kept him fresh for today, as he’ll put up another double in Points/Rebounds.

Russell Westbrook: 3.41 Points per $ Dollar

Westbrook also should get you a double double with triple double upside, although his assists are not there like they should be yet.

DJ. Augustin: 3.37 Points per $Dollar

Augustin is a bench player who can do enough to pay his salary and get you superstars today!

Chris Boucher: 3.34 Points per $Dollar

Boucher is a guy you can also use to save a lot.

Hollis-Jefferson: 2.06 Points per $Dollar

Jefferson is the other guy, although on the same team for Toronto with injuries in the front and back court, RHJ really wants to prove he can be used out there as well. Both should get good min. Just be on lookout for any updates to this roster/depth chart through Hoop-Ball forum mentioned above.

Jaren Jackson Jr. 3.29 Points per $Dollar

Jackson has been doing it all in this lineup lately. Multiple categories. He is on the rise

Confirming some status updates here:

Daniel House Ruled out: Who will be able to step up? I would just keep it to Capela and TJ Tucker along with Westbrook. YOu could try A. Rivers in GP's

BOS: Theis and R. Wiliams ruled out meaning as Coach stated, Kanter, and Grant Williams time.

Phila: J. Embiid ruled out. Give the usage to Simmons at an amazing price along with Horford.

POR: Hood seems in, so not on Bazemore tonight.

CHA: D. Bacon ruled out so boost to Graham.
