EARLY PLAYER NEWS:
Russell Westbrook will not play on Saturday against the Wolves.
It's rest on the second night of a back-to-back set with the Rockets managing Russ' knee. Westbrook didn't play his best offensive game on Friday, making 5-of-21 from the field for 17 points with eight rebounds, six assists, one steal and one 3-pointer. Westbrook's minutes are down 3.1 per game, but with the extra pace he's played at this year he's only losing about three possessions per game.
Dejounte Murray will be rested on Saturday vs. the Blazers.
He's going to miss one game of every back-to-back until the Spurs say otherwise. Coach Gregg Popovich was asked about Murray's restrictions prior to Friday's game, but he simply said the training staff will let him know when something changes. Murray has been struggling lately but did put together a nice line vs. the Magic on Friday with 10 points, six assists, five rebounds, one steal and two turnovers on 5-of-6 from the field in 21 minutes.
Myles Turner (right ankle sprain) is hopeful to return against the Bucks on Saturday, reports Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Turner has been out since late-October, but he's been nearing a return for the last few days. His work level has steadily increased with him doing some 4-on-4 work this week. The Pacers played Friday night, so there won't be a report on Turner's availability until Saturday afternoon.
Patrick Beverley (sore left calf) is questionable against the Hawks on Saturday.
Coach Doc Rivers said that the Clippers had scheduled the day to give Pat-Bev the night off, so this is odd they would call him questionable for Saturday.
Chandler Parsons (knee) is probable for Saturday against the Clippers.
He was probable for Thursday and didn't play, so Chandler is likely just an emergency guy.
Kawhi Leonard (left knee injury) is questionable for Saturday vs. the Hawks.
A questionable tag after a rest-related DNP? Yikes. This is looking like the same story as last season with the missed games already piling up. Paul George was outstanding in his debut and should feast again if Kawhi sits, while Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell get a sizable bump in value when Kawhi sits too.
Vince Carter (personal) is out for Saturday vs. the Clippers.
This will be his fourth straight game away from the team and it's still unclear when he'll be back. DeAndre' Bembry could make some noise in the short term with Kevin Huerter injured. (edited)
Evan Turner (Achilles) is questionable for Saturday against the Clippers.
The Hawks said earlier this month that they were going to be cautious with Turner, but this was before the injury to Kevin Huerter (shoulder). Still, Turner likely wouldn't play more than minutes in the teens, so he would likely just take Tyrone Wallace's minutes at worst.
Kyrie Irving (Right Shoulder Impingement) is questionable against the Bulls on Saturday.
The Nets had an injury report come out two hours ago and Kyrie wasn't on that, but they just added him now. This is the same injury he had that made him questionable for Thursday before playing 35 minutes in a loss at Denver, so this could be something to watch here. The Nets don't have a back-to-back set until Nov. 24-25, so hopefully Irving can suit up for the upcoming five games at least. If not, Dzanan Musa would step up while Spencer Dinwiddie would be extremely busy.
Coach Nate McMillan said Jeremy Lamb (ankle) is "definitely" out for Saturday.
His injury is now going to keep him out for at least 10 days, It'll be Aaron Holiday and T.J. McConnell getting a little extra run. (edited)
Malcolm Brogdon uncertain for Saturday.
Coach McMillan said he isn't sure about Brogdon's availability ahead of Saturday's game vs. the Bucks. Brogdon didn't return to Friday's loss after suffering a sore back. Justin Holiday started the second half in his place on Friday.
Updates Here:
Wiggins out as expected. More Culver and Okogie to give it a go
Batum and Bacon will both play tonight for the Hornets making Graham a very questionable play for tonight
Looks like Pacers will go with this LU:
Aaron Holiday, Mitrou-Long, Warren, Sabonis and Turner
