What do we think about Culver after the Napier trade? Should he take over as starting pg?

Culver is worth a flier and could be a top-100 player if he gets 30+ minutes, which at the moment it looks like he will.
The TWolves could make more moves, so this is post-Covington trade but pre-anything else. I still like Malik Beasley as an add over Culver personally at the moment. Beasley is more productive with minutes and has a more fantasy-friendly game.
