I've been offered CP3 for Jimmy Buckets and Dejuante Murray.
I'm weary of CP3's knee issue which is making me hesitate.
What's your advise? take the deal or stay pat till more news on his knee comes out?

I'd trade jimmy for cp3. In my opinion cp3 can provide you elite skill set more consistently than butler in wolves.
How long can you let the trade offer linger on the table? See if you can milk another week out of Jimmy Butler before accepting the deal.
Likely till this week while there is still that monster of a game that Dejuante Murray pulled off the other day. Risk? Haha
I'd rather own Chris Paul, those %s assists and steals are too juicy. I'm betting on him being 100% by mid November. Butler is still working things out right now too so it's not like you're losing 1st round value.
