I'd do the first in a 10 team league; the other team is getting much better depth, but in a league that shallow the depth pieces will be easier to replace on the wire.
I would definitely NOT do the second deal, though; Drummond is not even the best player in that deal unless you're punting FT%, which judging by your position in the standings it looks like you're not.
Dan mentioned before that Drummond and Harrell cancels each other out in FT% but Drummond got the upside. They do have similar attempts at the line per game.

I’m in 1st place so part of me thinks don’t change what isn’t broken but I’ve also learned from Dan the man that the goal is to accumulate as much 1st and 2nd round guys throughout the regular season.
I think I might do both if they were separate teams. Might be trading away a few too many pieces if it's all for one team. Definitely like the KD one, though.

if you're already in first place, why trade for the sake of trading?
I think getting drummond will hurt you, actually
small gains in fg and reb but prob big drop in FT
I'm not sure giving up dipo, JJJ, ariza is worth durant. and DSJ is not 10 team worthy.
you gotta think dipo is going to be better (as a fellow owner), and JJJ should be better as he gets more consistent and stays out of foul trouble. Ariza is good now but I'm not sure if he is 10 team worthy ROS.
perhaps trade Harrell and J rich for AST with efficient %?
