Roto or playoffs? Schedule matters when players have similar floors. I’m not looking at schedules but if those are equal, I like McCollum for his slightly higher weekly upside in a playoff format but Millsap for his consistency in roto

Millsap has better playoff schedule if you want to consider that as well.

I don't think I'd make that trade. Too much of a chance that Millsap fades by the time the h2h playoffs roll around, even though Denver does have a good schedule (4-4 in the semis and finals). I get the roster balance perspective, but I think there are better centers you could try getting for CJ. Maybe someone like Horford. I just don't trust that Millsap is keeping this up all season.

Fair trade. Either side is fine. We can argue all day about this type of stuff, but sometimes it's just about fit.
