this is tough, I probably agree that you should take wood, I think capella will regress and this team isn't going to the playoffs and I don't think they will continue to give him high minutes as he isn't a huge part of their future, also john collings could easily take some minutes away and onyeka okongwu will start to get more minutes and ball posession, I would go with wood as the rockets have nobody, if you want some specific statistics and more specific reasons I would be happy to answer but I'd probably say wood right now
