There are projections in the draft guide that correspond to the b150 - you should be able to use those for your per-game calculations.

I only play in H2H leagues and use the B150 as my base rankings and then adjust a bit based on fantasy playoff schedule. I win a lot. Thanks Hoop Ball team!

Question for you guys: What is the rough update schedule for B150? I'd hate to throw the rankings into a spreadsheet only to have to redo my work the next day once the B150 is updated.
