Was reading Bruski's newsletter and I couldn't make sense of his blurb on the Pels. Is Ingram in a buy low? Or sell high?

"This is probably the last real buy low week for Brandon Ingram. There are no meaningful Zion updates and those are coming soon. Players and usage are going to be added into the equation and that will exasperate the inefficiencies that have always held Ingram back in standard leagues."
