9 cat h2h reg season league I am picking 2/23/26/47/50. Each cat win counts as a gp.
Lineup will be along the lines of
2. Davis/towns
23 jrue
26. Middleton or Booker?
47. Best big avaialabe (ayton, whiteside, gasol,or Knter)
50. Something like garry harris covington or jamal Murray I dont think there will be a pg worth reaching for
So, in this scenario:
1. Middleton or Booker? What if Kemba or lowry on the board?
2. Which big at 47?
3. If garry harris off board at 50, do I take two bigs something like Horford if available. If not are there any Pgs worty reaching for at 50. Or do I take best wing? What about ingles or Josh rich or prince at 50?
Thanks!
1. I'd take Middleton myself, more efficient overall player. But if Kemba is there I don't see how you pass on the assists.
2. Hard to go wrong with any of these. I don't trust Whiteside to get enough minutes. You can't go wrong with Gasol, Ayton, or Kanter. Sure seems like Ayton is going to get a ton of run if he can stay out of foul trouble, I might roll the dice on him before the others.
3. I'd stay away from Horford at 50. I think pick 50 should be focused on building on your strengths. You would be strong in FG% so I'd avoid Prince, and maybe focus on a guy who gets you boards and 3s. Unless you get another PG you probably should do a light punt of assists.
I like Middleton over Booker because FG%. For the big, Ayton is the new sexy and has everyone excited but it’s preseason and the games don’t matter. I’d love some Josh or Ingles at 50
I don't think Ayton will be at 47 anymore
At 26 I'd go Middleton over Booker, especially because of durability
1) Kemba > Middleton > Booker > Lowry for me.
2) Ayton > Whiteside > Kanter for me (not liking Gasol being old or his H2H sched 2-3-4)
3) Harris would be nice. If he's gone you can address stat needs or complement existing strength- kinda depends on your later targets in the draft.
