I’m in 2nd place, and the 1st place guy just offered me his John Wall and Paul George for my CP and IT. We’re battling for the top spot. Who wins this deal?? Head to head points league.
Points leagues always throw me for a loop, but pretty sure that guy is banking on health for your two guys. It's a pretty good haul in return... man, that's tempting as hell.

Just to provide some insight since it is a Points league, currently the averages are:
Wall: 32
George: 34
CP: 39
IT?
It really comes down to what a full throttle IT can do. Seems like he could get up near what George and Wall are doing. I guess it may come down to whether you think Cp3 or IT rests at all in the fantasy playoffs, since it seems doubtful that Wall or George will skip any games. Those teams are locked into fights for position, and we all know how little the Cavs care about seeding. You've also got the Cp3 injury risk..

I might stand pat just because it feels unnecessary. He's offering the safe side, but since you're in good position, you could see how IT does over the next 3 weeks and maybe even move him after that ... ?
