No way should you trade him right now. His value is about as low as it can go, so you'd be selling your second rounder for a 9th rounder (granted Jarrett will finish far ahead of his ADP). If you must sell, you wait until he strings together 3 strong games in a row, but at that point, maybe he's finally shown an interest in this game he gets paid millions of dollars to play and has turned it around.
If you're talking about benching him, I'm going to assume you're playing a weekly-style league (whew, that's dangerous this season), so I'd be asking who you would be starting ahead of him.
