In your opinion who is the best prospect of this two?

Fox, clearer path to mins in the short term.
Bell, better fantasy stat set, but no guarantee he plays enough to realize any of it, at least not yet.

Bell better for the long term. I think Fox will have a better fantasy season this year (at least in 8 cat).

I am not sure if Bell is better long term, he is older and have a smaller upside.
Fox have the higher upside, Bell due his stat set have the higher floor making him a more stable asset. imo.
