All,

Having a look at Avg Auction values i notoce steph a bit lower price than i wxpect and AD still looking like value too.

Adding both to the team would cost ~$140 and effectively mean dropping a 3rd round guy.

This leads to the question:

Would you prefer AD + Steph + Wire Trash, or AD/Steph + Klay/Drummond/Jokic + Capella/Collison/etc?

I like to keep some coin to get my guys late in the draft. Allowing $15 for the last 8 picks and $140 for Steph and AD leaves $45 for picks 3 - 5. Enough to get the likes of KLove, Prince and a lower tier PG (Teague/Dinwiddie/Etc).

Thoughts?

I don't mind AD-Steph for auction. Personally, I'd go AD-Jokic to leave me with a little bit more budget to pay for the effective late-round sleeper types aside from a couple of undervalued mid-round guys.

Had a run at a mock with this type of build (2x first rounders). The hard part is sitting on your hands while they work through the rest of the first 3 rounds. A lot of tempting options you need to pass up.

Like the Joker option too, most of the good PG options are gone by the time you are back in the game so value in picking up his assist early. Easier to find 3s later in the draft.

Went Giannis, Joker, Paul last season to good effect. But ran out of coin through the mid-late rounds. Fortunately there was limited interest in the hoopball 6 or besbris bunch so they fell into the $1 bargain bin.
