Just want to get some opinions here...
in a 9 cat roto league

In an auction draft, if a player that I think is good but not someone I was targetting was being auctioned at significantly less $ than you had thought, should I get that player or stick to the plan? If it meant I may not end up with the targetted player?

what do you guys think?

We need to quantify that $ difference. If it’s a top-25, top-30 player at price range of top-100 guy, then yes go for it. If it’s a top-80, top-95 guy for pennies on the dollar, you can pass because there should a be few more of those later in the draft.

Because in Auctions anyone can get anyone, amd they arent limited to draft rounds... i just go for value.

Tend to have a do not draft list, and 3 or 4 targets for each position.. but need to look for value.

Have a clear idea of each players value, and go after your guys... if anyone top 50 is going at a 20% discount to value you need to consider adjusting the plan.
