He played 4 minutes in the All Star Game and looked like a kid who didn’t get his way. His disinterest reminded me of what Marquese Chriss looked like a lot last year.
We expected more of this if he took the floor any more as a Pelican, but I thought he’d at least show up for the ASG, as being a bum for that game doesn’t really matter to NOP management.
Does this say anything for Davis’ owners that we didn’t already know? More reason for concern? Sell him for pennies on the dollar? Should buyers be trying to snag him for dirt cheap? Might offer my Marvin Bagley for him, but maybe that’s giving up too much.
I agree with you! This situation with AD is a joke. I think it comes down to this, if you have a good shot to make the playoffs or get in the money in your league without going after AD then stand pat. If you are middle of the pack and feel you need a big boost to have a chance then roll the dice and go after him. I personally unloaded him 2 weeks ago in my league.

If you could get AD for Bagley, that's a go. Even a handful of games would be worth it in that spot, I'd say.
But honestly, I'm just not sure what happens the rest of the way. I think we see some effort from him coming out of the break, but it'll probably dwindle and at some point the Pels are going to find a way to set him down. Maybe...
