So I was going to hold onto mirotic but now with green out as well I think I need to make a move. Brogdon is my only sg eligible player and I have 100 forwards so that could be the play.
Free agents include:
J. Murray (waivers), D. Green, C. LaVert, Morris twins, M. Williams, J. Richardson, D. Murray, T. Booker, Bogdonavic (ind)
I would say someone like D. Murray but based on the fact you need a SG, I would go with either LeVert or Richardson. LeVert has major upside with Lin now out, Richardson always has the potential to be a multi-category contributor. Both guys can be inefficient though, and that's a bit scary. But they're my options among the names provided. I'd lean LeVert.
If last night is any indication (and it's probably not a huge one), J-Rich is the guy who's oddly locked into more mins than Murray or LeVert it seems. Malone seems to be doing to the PG spot this year what he did to the C spot last year. LeVert still plays for the nobody plays above 30 mins Nets.
Schedule wise LeVert plays on Friday, Murray and J-Rich don't play until Saturday. If all those guys are still hanging out they might not be going anywhere. So you could grab LeVert, see how his mins shake out Friday night, and if it doesn't look great, defer to J-Rich.
I'm all aboard the Danny Green hype train over here. He's probably going to go back to suuuuuuuuuuucking, but his upside is far and away the highest of almost any free agent in almost any league. We have literally SEEN HIM go top-30 before, so it's in there, but it's locked away for random Tuesdays when no one is playing him.
