Hi, my draft is tomorrow night (9cats, roto 11 teams), I'm 4th pick and most likely I will end up with Curry, KAT, KD or ABC.
Now the problem is second and third round, on the podcast, I heard I'm in the best place as 1st round, and also second round.
For Second round, if Bigs (Turner, Gorbert and KP) are gone, should I go after the left over big man (Whiteside) or go for CP3, Irving and PG13, etc?
For 3rd round, should I go for Otto, or Lowery or CJ or even Cousins if he is available?
It's hard to do, but you should stick to the Best Player Available for those early rounds. With the 19th pick, you could hope someone like Butler or Draymond fall. Just gave a good look as there might be a deal up for grabs at that pick. Same for the 3rd round.
Tama is correct.
The reason I love the 4th pick is because you still get a 1st-rounder in that TOP echelon. Basically like a double-first-rounder, since those top-4 guys are pretty well beyond the rest of the pack.
And not only do you get one of those total game-changers, you also get a pick in the 2nd round that's not stuck near the reverse-turn. Obviously, the 12th pick is going to be better than the 19th, but to be able to get a top-4 guy and also not have to wait until pick 22.
