So I draft later tonight in a 14-team, ESPN, custom-scoring H2H points league. It's standard ESPN (FGM +1, FGA -1, TO -1, points +1, etc.) except blocks and steals are 1.5, double doubles are 2, and tripe doubles are 3. Most years the league favors bigs, and high-scoring high-volume guards are good, but not great (except Westbrook, see DD/TD).
I pick 13th and can't for the life of me figure out who to target for my first and second picks (13, 16). I'll rely on the 150, and other resources to find value through the rest of the draft. But I don't want to dig myself a hole for the rest of the season out of the gate.
Based on ADP, it looks like I might have a shot at an Embiid/Drumond pairing. Both were lights out in this format last year (we had OREB = 1.5 points too, so it got kinda out of hand). Basically, I'm wondering if people have thoughts on who to target around the turn. I'm concerned that it'll be point guards falling, so if it's Dame, do I just go with it? or reach a little for an Oladipo (19.9 ADP on ESPN) or maybe even Jimmy Butler (21.2)?

I like that Embiid-Drummond combo. I’d go for that. Simmons is also a good target for his 2x2s & 3x2s plus steals and blocks.
I like the Simmons idea too. I hadn't considered the DD/TD part of his game.
Do you see much downside to drafting Simmons/Embiid, if that's how it shakes out? I'm hesitant to have that much early round stock locked up with one team.
It’s ok, I think. Only risky due to their injuries early in their careers.
To balance, you can go Simmons-Drummond if you prefer
I ended up with Oladipo-Embiid. I was thrilled to have Dipo drop to 16th. Simmons went off the board at 10, but I'm not really complaining.
I think the best value I found was BobCov in the 9th at 125.
