I'll go with yes just because a player like Doncic completely sets the table for the offense. Now he needs to keep his weight down for any of this to be true, and I'll add that Porzingis needs to be very good to make this 1-2 punch viable. Surround these two with defense, some basic levels of shooting and finishers and yes, it's possible.  Likely?  That's another story. 

They did have an historically prolific offense, and the floor-spacing is solid... but can they defend a good team?
