Happy Tuesday fam! On this show I have the recaps of the contest from last night but also part two of a fun crossover series I am doing with Steven Bagell of the Bird Rights Pod as we bring on guests to discuss the moves they made on our SportsEthos Mock Trade Deadline! Let’s go!
This is a joint episode with Roundball Ramble Podcast with host Corban Ford. After introducing the Mock Trade Deadline in Episode 1 of this series, Steven and Corban are now joined by some of the participants of the exercise. They are first joined by Logan Alten, who represent the Minnesota Timberwolves. They are also joined by Josh Url who represent the Utah Jazz. Their third guest of the episode is salary cap expert, Anil Gogna, who represented the Pelicans. During the interview, Anil rationalizes a very controversial trade he completed to Steven and Corban. Finally, they close out the episode with David Williams, who represented the Memphis Grizzlies. Each of these participants have made at least one trade so far in this exercise. Please follow along with the Mock Trade Deadline on Sportsethos.com starting later this week!

Happy Monday Folks! On today’s jam packed episode, we have the NBA’s MLK day slate looked at, a recap of Sunday’s contests, a new segment where I scout a current NBA draft propsect, and much more! Tap in folks, its game time!
It is trade season and I was pumped to be joined by fellow SportsEthos podcast host Steven Bagell to talk about his mock trade deadline project currently underway, the history of this project, and teams both in this exercise and in the real world who stand to make some meaningful moves!
This is a joint episode with Roundball Ramble Podcast with host Corban Ford. Steven and Corban talk about SportsEthos’ Second Annual Mock Trade Deadline, hosted by Steven. They discuss how this exercise works, what they expect to happen, and even give a sneak peak of some negotiations! Steven and Corban then chat about what listeners can expect at the real trade trade deadline, which teams can shape the deadline, and what players they expect to be moved. The Mock Trade Deadline will be exclusively on sportsethos.com starting next week!

We are at the halfway point in the season, so I had to give my Mid-Season Rookie Report! I cover the top 20 rookies so far and who will be on the rise for the rest of the season!
They’re back! The guys spin around the top of the NBA hitting Brooklyn, New Orleans, Golden State and then spend some time in Sacramento as a side dish.
Draft season officially begins on the Ramble, and Corban was entirely too excited to have on the complete cast of the Upside Swings NBA Draft Podcast to do an entire first round mock draft of the upcoming class! From surprises at the top of the order to analysis throughout, this episode is a great primer into the major players that will be on the lips of every NBA fan for certain by June!

Its time for the obligatory awards discussion where I share my personal favorite for MVP, DPOY, and 6MOY, and then we move on to more fun things where I hop on with Alicia Solomon and Kelsley Wilkinson as we discuss the NBA and NDAs (yes, it gets interesting, lol) Let’s Ramble!
Kicking off an ongoing series here on the Ramble, Richard Lu joined me as we look at the teams in the *conversation* for the Victor Wembenyama sweepstakes and take stock of where they are, including signs of improvement and areas of concern! Covered in this installment, the Bulls, Hornets, Thunder, and Lakers!
