The Warriors have an intriguing matchup against the Cavs. They rank top-10 in points and fg% allowed to opposing Cs, but how will they defend the Cavaliers twin towers? Draymond Green and Trayce Jackson-Davis have a matchup nightmare in their hands, and in their last matchup – in November – the Cavs won comfortably by 19 points, but surprisingly only won the rebounding battle 43 to 40. Karl-Anthony Towns deserves special attention today, mainly if Jalen Brunson is ruled out. He had 30 points and 14 rebounds against the Wizards last game and 24 points and 12 rebounds earlier in the season. Adding to this, Alex Sarr and company are allowing the most points, 4th most 3s and 3rd best fg% to opposing Cs, while also allowing the most rebounds and 4th most 3pa to opposing teams. Towns is yet to play in a game without Jalen Brunson in his Knicks era. But the added usage and responsability could mean more fantasy points, even if it comes in the detriment of efficiency. Nevertheless, even if Brunson is in, KAT boasts one of the best matchups of the slate and has been red-hot from the field, with a 63.8 fg% and 48.1 3p% over the past two weeks.
