Chicago starts right-handed Jameson Taillon and the Athletics counter with left-handed Jeffrey Springs.  This is simply a play on Sacramento looking like a hitter’s park early.  Currently 56% of the bets and 91% of the money is in the Over.  As I write this, there have been 31 runs scored through 13 innings in Sacramento, so I expect both teams to be able to put up enough to get this total to nine runs.
