The Boston Celtics will host the Toronto Raptors in their second matchup of the season. The Raptors embarrassed the Celtics 115-83 in their first matchup in Boston. Boston is still looking for their first home win of the season as if they needed any extra added motivation for this game. The Celtics will be without star guard Jaylen Brown for this game however I am hoping this allows for some smoother ball movement on offense for the C’s. The Celtics are 36-19 all time without Brown in the line up. The Raptors have been red hot as of late and are due for some regression. The Raptors offense has looked disheveled at times this season and they now have to integrate Pascal Siakam back into things. The Raptors might also be affected by a look ahead spot as they face the 76ers tomorrow in Philly. The Celtics were starting to put together a stretch of good games before losing their last contest to Dallas via a buzzer beater from Luka Doncic. I am going to back the Celtics to get their first home win this season. My play is Boston Celtics -2 (-110) for 1.1 units.
