The Sacramento Kings have officially announced the departure of Assistant General Manager Peja Stojakovic.

The news of Stojakovic's departure comes only 24 hours after that of Vlade Divac and was certainly on the horizon given he did not assume the role of GM. It appears as though the Kings are heading down a new path given their recent struggles and what that means for the playing roster remains to be seen.
