Steve Clifford announced Markelle Fultz will play in Monday's scrimmage under a minutes restriction.

Fultz arrived to the bubble late for personal reasons and has taken a few days to prepare to prepare for game action. He will be under a minutes restriction as he eases back, but should be ready to go at full force once the regular season resumes.
