Shams Charania is reporting that initial signs are optimistic for Damian Lillard (dislocated left index finger) to play in Game 3 on Saturday.

Lillard left Thursday's game in the third quarter and didn't return, though there was no need for him to do so with the Blazers down 30. He ended with a team-high 18 points anyway and if he's limited at all it'll have a drastic impact on Portland's chances of pulling off an improbable series victory.
