Rajon RondoPG, Los Angeles LakersHead coach Frank Vogel relayed that Rajon Rondo will clear quarantine tomorrow and the team will work him out on Monday to see where his recovery from a thumb fracture stands.
Vogel does not know when Rondo will be in uniform and ready to compete in actual games. Monday's practice will be the team's first look at where Rondo and his thumb are in the healing process. The team likely wants Rondo to get back into game shape, and ensure he will not suffer any setbacks when he does return to game action. They probably won't need his services in the first round anyway, but his depth could be useful for future matchups as the going gets tougher for the Lakers.
