Marvin Bagley IIIPF, Sacramento KingsA foot specialist confirmed that Marvin Bagley aggravated his left foot sprain and the Kings announced that Bagley will be re-evaluated in three weeks.
Bagley is without a timetable to return. He's increasingly difficult to hang onto in 12-team leagues that don't have an IR spot. Assuming he's re-evaluated three weeks from today, that gives Bagley about five weeks left in the season — add on the time he'll miss past the re-evaluation and the eventual ramp-up period should he actually return this season, and he might be up to full speed by the time most leagues are wrapping up. Richaun Holmes and Nemanja Bjelica will hold down the frontcourt minutes (when healthy), with extra room opening up for Alex Len, Harry Giles, Harrison Barnes and Jabari Parker.
