Kelly Oubre (knee) will not play in Tuesday's scrimmage.

The Suns have yet to make a determination on Oubre's status for the NBA restart, but things aren't looking good. The last word was that he wasn't taking contact in practices, and everything since then has been a version of "no update." At this point, it's probably safest to scratch Oubre off your draft boards for the restart. Mikal Bridges should get plenty of burn in his stead.
