PG, Toronto Raptors

Fred VanVleet (left shoulder soreness) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Nuggets.

The Raptors are rolling into Denver extremely shorthanded. Kyle Lowry will play a ton while Terence Davis, Norman Powell and Patrick McCaw pick up the slack as playmakers off the bench. Powell's the best bet for fantasy production and should be scooped up in all leagues now that he's back from his injury.
