Doug McDermott's toe injury will force him to miss Friday's game vs. the Bulls

The Pacers will be missing some key offensive contributors in McDermott and Malcolm Brogdon. If T.J. Warren (left leg laceration/stitches) also can't play a lot of the bench will be relied upon. Justin Holiday and T.J. McConnell would receive big boosts.
