Jae CrowderPF, Miami HeatJae Crowder had a terrific Heat debut on Sunday night, dropping 18 points (6-of-11 FG), 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals, a block and five 3-pointers in 35 minutes off the bench.
Don't expect the shooting to hold as Crowder is below .300 from deep on the year, but his hustle and toughness will fit right in for the Heat. He was part of the team's closing lineup and it wouldn't be shocking to see him supplant Kelly Olynyk in the starting lineup next game. He's a low-end option in 9-cat leagues but we would try to roll with a higher upside option in 12-team formats. Fellow ex-Grizzly Solomon Hill was a DNP-CD.
