Zach CollinsC, Portland Trail BlazersZach Collins, who has been sidelined since the third game of the season with a shoulder injury, looked healthy as he returned to the court for Thursday’s scrimmage loss to the Pacers.
Collins played with both the starting unit and the bench unit on Thursday so it remains unclear if he or Hassan Whiteside will start once the games count. Regardless, Collins looked good on Thursday in limited action as he finished with six points (3-of-5 FG), four rebounds, one assist, one block and one turnover in just over 19 minutes. It is worth monitoring how his body recovers after his first in-game action since October of 2019.
