Shabazz NapierPG, Washington WizardsShabazz Napier had a rough go on Sunday afternoon, scoring five points on 2-of-9 shooting with two assists, a steal, a 3-pointer and four turnovers in 25 minutes.
This was a step backwards after Friday's 13 points (4-of-13 FG), three assists, one triple and a block. Napier was a popular selection in resumption leagues given the state of Washington's roster but has failed to recapture his form from the end of the original regular season. More problematic for him is that backup Ish Smith outplayed him for the second straight contest. After netting 17-4-7 on Friday, Smith came through with 14 points (5-for-12 FG), four rebounds, five assists, a steal, two blocks, a 3-pointer and zero turnovers in 28 minutes off the bench today. It's beginning to look like Smith is the PG to roster in fantasy leagues from this team.
