• Rodions Kurucs
    PF, Brooklyn Nets

Rodions Kurucs will move into the starting lineup on Tuesday afternoon, slotting next to Lance Thomas in the frontcourt.

Kurucs was the talk of Brooklyn's mini-camp in Orlando, getting run as both the starting power forward and backup center, but has been a massive disappointment through two bubble games so far. Foul trouble has been an issue, even coming off the bench, but hopefully he won't run into that problem today against perimeter-based Brook Lopez (at least for as long as the Bucks need to play their starters). Kurucs flashed standard-league potential in his rookie campaign before falling off the map this season, and if he's ever going to turn it around today seems like the day. Jarrett Allen, Joe Harris and Caris LeVert are all sitting out so Brooklyn's depth players have a great opportunity to shine.
