Robin Lopez started in place of his brother Brook and filled in admirably, finishing with 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting, three 3-pointers, three blocks, one rebound, one assist and one steal in 33 minutes on Monday vs. the Wizards.

Lopez had at least one big defensive play late in this close overtime match. The threes and blocks look just like what we hope to get from Brook Lopez (back soreness), who could miss additional time. Though, his absence isn't expected to be a long one.
