Luke KornetPF-C, Chicago BullsLuke Kornet established a new career-high in scoring on Sunday, going for 25 points (10-of-14 shooting), two rebounds, a block and four 3-pointers before fouling out in 29 minutes.
Kornet had to contend with Joel Embiid tonight and while that explains the fouls, he also did a nice job making up for that challenge on the offensive end. He was a hot pickup in the wake of Chicago's frontcourt injuries but Kornet, despite a fun stat set that features threes and blocks, is only a top-175/155 (8/9-cat) value in the last couple of weeks. He's a nice upside play in 12-team leagues but isn't necessarily someone you have to be holding onto.
