Luka DoncicPG-SF, Dallas MavericksLuka Doncic carried the Mavs in Monday's Game 1 110-118 loss to the Clippers with 42 points, seven rebounds, nine assists, three steals and two triples.
Doncic had an abysmal start to the game, turning over the ball four times in the opening minutes and struggling with his shot, but he bounced back big time. He ended the game with 11 turnovers, which is awful, but he also went 13-for-21 from the field and 14-for-15 at the line. The shooting marks are well above his average and he had some grown man plays on Kawhi Leonard so there's no doubt that he's ready for the spotlight. Even if the series finishes quickly, Doncic is going to make the Clippers battle in every game.
