Josh Hart started again for Brandon Ingram (right ankle sprain) on Tuesday and provided 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting, six rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes in a win over the Blazers.

Even when he hasn't been starting, Hart has been putting up mid-round value lately. It's due to his solid production in threes, rebounds and steals. Ingram was questionable for this game, so Hart may not be starting in the Pelicans' next game on Thursday.
