Jerami GrantSF, Denver NuggetsJerami Grant, like the rest of his teammates, struggled mightily on Friday en route to six points, five rebounds, two blocks and two threes.
The Nuggets were completely lifeless outside of three or four minutes before halftime when they were already getting doubled up on the scoreboard. Grant started the second half in place of Michael Porter Jr., who was cosplaying as a traffic cone, and might take his starting gig full time with the way Utah has abused the rookie defensively. Regardless, Mike Malone needs as many positive defenders as he can get right now, which should mean more minutes for Grant.
