Coach Mike Budenholzer has said that Eric Bledsoe (COVID-19) will not be playing in Monday's scrimmage.

Bledsoe is recovering from the COVID-19 virus and the team has likely given him the night off. There don't seem to be any indications that he won't be ready to play during the NBA restart, so it's ok draft him in the middle-rounds of resumption league drafts.
