The Pistons have decided not to bring Derrick Walton Jr. back on another 10-day contract.

The team just lost Derrick Rose, so it was expected that they would put Walton Jr. on another 10-day deal, though that will not be the case. Jordan Bone is likely to get a major opportunity at PG minutes, while Brandon Knight, Svi Mykhailuk and Bruce Brown Jr. chip in with ballhandling responsibilities.
