Cameron PaynePG, Phoenix SunsCameron Payne had a solid showing off the bench in Thursday's scrimmage win, posting 11 points (5-of-7 FG), five rebounds, two assists, a steal and a 3-pointer in 17 minutes.
Payne inked a two-year deal with the Suns during the NBA hiatus, and while Phoenix has a stacked backcourt depth chart, he'll be trying to make his case in the Orlando bubble period. Keep in mind that Ricky Rubio and Elie Okobo did not play tonight, clearing the path for Payne to get minutes. He's unlikely to hold any fantasy value. He did manage to outplay fill-in starter Ty Jerome, who had eight points, three assists and a steal on 3-of-9 shooting.
