• Ish Smith
    PG, Washington Wizards

Ish Smith delivered top-170 value in 2019-20 despite being the most consistent member of Washington's point guard carousel.

Smith outlasted Isaiah Thomas, only to be paired with Shabazz Napier after the trade deadline. His stat line didn't feature anything special: 10.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.4 blocks and 0.9 threes on .451 shooting, though he did climb into the top-120 for short stretches. Smith did do well to limit himself to 1.3 turnovers in 26.2 minutes per game, as that was an issue when he first carved out a full-time NBA job. While he can be an effective player, Smith's stat set makes it hard for him to hold more than late-round fantasy appeal. With John Wall back in the fold next season, Smith might top out as an assists specialist until we get into 16-team formats.
